A.When do you ship my order, after I placed my order?

B.What is the package of the product?
1.Use the bubble pack. The bubble pack must have air inside, otherwise it may cause screen damage. The LCD should be placed in the correct direction.
2.Use the bubble film. There aretwo or three layers of bubbles film between the screen with air inside. The screen cable must be in the same direction with no fold.
3.We put them into box,and put into other soft things to ensure there are no gaps.
4.Our packing guys will seal the box perfectly.
C.If my order to be delayed, what should I do?
If you don’t receive your package for a long time,please contact us immediately or you could track your order by your tracking number.
D.Can I change my shipping address and logistics channel after order submission?

E.Can battery be shipped?
Battery can be shipped. Because battery belongs to dangerous goods, it need to be separated from ordinary goods, using special dangerous goods logistics channels. CINOMALL will automatically identify and help to separate them, and you just need to select the logistics channel you want.
F. If my order detained by customs, who is responsible for clearance?
