Return Policy



What items are eligible to be returned or exchange ?


This Policy is for online purchases on only. CINO accepts merchandise returns/exchanges due to non- physical/functional damages that are applied to this Policy. Please apply for an RMA service within 12 months from the purchasing date. If incorrect items are received, please contact us and issue a refund/return/exchange within 7 days of the recipient.

  1. Dead on Arrival: For significant damage to the outer packaging upon receipt. Or DOA of the product.
  2. Refuse delivery of the package and inform CINO by mail(SERVICE@CINOMALL.COM) 
  3. Damaged package/product after confirmation of the receipt: take a photo and contact CINO within 7 days of the receipt. CINO will offer a solution after negotiation with the logistics company (return or exchange).
  4. For quality problem of products received: take a photo and contact CINO for return&refund or replacement.
  5. For returns of wrong products ordered by the customer or problems not related to CINO, within 14 days of receiving your order, you may exchange a new product unconditionally (no refund).
  6. For incorrect products received, take a photo and contact CINO immediately. Once confirmed, we will rearrange the shipment as soon as possible.


Note:We reserve the right to reject the return of an item if it is:


-Not defective.

-Physically damaged.

-Beyond the 60-day return period (Online Purchase Only).

-Missing a completed Return Merchandise form .

-Missing the warranty sticker or company stamp (items without our warranty sticker or company stamp will be returned to you with your next order).

Final sale items are not returned or exchanged.

How much is the return shipping fee for online purchase?

Return fee are free.

How long do I have to return an item I bought online ?

Within 45 days of purchase by online store.To receive a refund for items returned by mail, items must be received at our facility within 45 days of ordering . Please allow 5-7 days for return mail.

How long it take me to received refund of my returned products?

Once we accept your refund,you will receive the refund of your returned products back into your account within 24hours .




Once we receive your refund request about your order, a refund is initiated immediately. If you cancel a order, and you have billed for it, we will initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method: that is to say your money will return to your account .

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the Card-Issuing Bank. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.




We DO NOT Accept Cancellations on orders in our store! However, due to business expenses of processing an order there is a 15% CANCELLATION FEE if the Order is canceled. If you order from us here at CINOMALL.COM, it means that you agree to there terms.
