Shipping Methods


Shipping Date 

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed 100%, and it will dependent on the delivery area. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.


We normally ship your order within 48 hours if it is in stock and it's not Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday. You can see the estimated delivery time hence dispatch in the table below.


They shall be available for shipping within 3 working days after payment has cleared.


Please note, however, that any shipping availability or delivery dates, times or periods mentioned here, or otherwise quoted or communicated to you in any form or manner, are merely estimates and are not guaranteed, and may be subject to delays for a variety of reasons, some of which may or may not be within our control. For example, in some cases, your customs authority may hold your products which may delay the delivery date. Except as provided in the next paragraph, we shall not be responsible or liable for any late or non-delivery (for whatever cause or reason, and whether or not within our control).


If any product is not released for delivery to you  within 20 days from the date on which your order or transaction was accepted and your payment was received, or from the applicable estimated or quoted delivery date, whichever is the later, then either party may refuse, cancel or terminate your order or transaction, in which event our sole and exclusive liability, and your sole and exclusive remedy, in respect of the late or non-delivery and the resulting rejection, cancellation or termination, shall be only a refund (without interest) of any payment you may already have made for such order or transaction.


Delivery Time


Delivery time is number of days from date shipped. Do not include the day that your package ships when calculating days.


Delivery dates shown are estimates only and not guaranteed by shipping carrier.


Notice of lost package must be received within 48 hours of confirmed delivery; client submit tracking request through carrier.


We reserve the right to select the carrier and class of service which matches or exceeds the delivery schedule selected.


Shipping of batteries

According to the transport regulations, rechargeable batteries can only be shipped by certain shipping providers. You will be offered the choice of suitable shipping providers during the check-out process.

 Unfortunately we cannot ship rechargeable batteries to some countries, as we are subject to legal requirements.


Free Shipping

There is no free shipping so far 



Undeliverable Packages


Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you and offer to ship the parcel again one time for free. Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package and may be subject to a part of  restocking fee. Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be rebilled to the customer. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 20DAYS from the estimated delivery date, please contact CINO Support.


Shipping Compensation Policy


1.If the goods hasn’t been picked up by our designated express : when shipment missing is confirmed, the indemnity shall be the actual item value.


2.If the goods has been picked up by our designated express: when shipment missing is confirmed, the indemnity shall be transportation cost + the item value declared .


Extra insurance coverage is suggested for goods with high value.
