Our warranty covers online purchases on cinomall.com only. CINO accepts returns/refunds if the products have no physical or functional damage.

Return Policy

Our return policy covers the follow items:

  • Dead on Arrival: For significant damage to the outer packaging upon receipt or DOA of the product.
  • For quality issues of products received
  • For incorrect products received

Please take a photo and contact CINO immediately. Once confirmed, we will rearrange the shipment as soon as possible.

Our return policy for special items:

QD6: Every QD6 is coved with a fragile paste. If the fragile paste remains intact, we will ship you a new one for free and no return needed. If the fragile paste has been damaged, you have to return the item before we ship you a new one.

The other screen assembles: you have to return the item before we ship you a new one.

QES battery: Please take a picture and send to us. After confirmation, we will ship you a new batteries for free and no return needed.

 

Refund Policy:

Once we receive your refund request about your order, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the Card-Issuing Bank. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Please note: No warranty for the item if it is:

  • The appearance has been damaged severely
  • The screen(LCD/OLED module) has been broken or cannot function
  • The flex cables or connectors has been damaged
